Unfortunately I have no space to hang it with the wings wide open. This position is not very realistic, unless pterosaurs swim on the surface of the water 🙂
View of the pelvis
The mandible is not yet correct. It does not really have that closing bone at the end (it should be open, like a “v”). I plan to fix it as soon as I reinforce the skull adding bones inside it near the nose and the eyes.
What a big mouth you have!
A pterosaur’s view
It is actually made of almost 200 parts, but for transportation it can be separated into 18 parts.
1 – Skull
2 – Body (spine, rib cage, pelvis, tail)
3 – Legs and feet
4 – Humerus (wing)
5 – Radius and ulna (wing)
6 – Carpals and pteroid (wing)
7 – Hand (wing)
8 – First phalanx of fourth finger (wing)
9 – Second phalanx of fourth finger (wing)
10 – Third and fourth phalanges of fourth finger (wing)
11 – Rubber bands and pins to connect the bones
